14 Day Quest

Now you’re a non-smoker, keep your momentum going by taking part in 14 days of ‘quests’. These are simple tasks, that take a short time to complete each day. They will help you to increase your leverage, improve your ability to interrupt patterns & manage your emotional states.

Although this course is designed for those who have finished the ‘Butt out Online’ course, or completed the course in person with Michael Tcherne.

It’s also perfect for those who have become a non-smoker by another process or method to STAY non-smokers.
